Contracting and Project Management company providing construction services across the Asia Pacific is inviting high calibre interior fit out professionals to join their team. On commercial, residential, retail, F&B, and hospitality and leisure work assignments
- Diploma in Building Studies / Interior Design / Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years+ relevant experience in interior fit out and project management
- MHKIE / MCIOB / MRICS / MHKIA will be beneficial
- Experienced in high end retail, shopping mall, hospitality and residential projects
- Candidates with A&A work experience are highly preferred
- Familiar with work drawings, detailed design, program management, material scheduling, quality & cost control
- Can handle and deliver projects from design conception through to completion
- Self-Motivated and able to liaise directly with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Proficient in software applications such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
