- Degree in Building Engineering or equivalent;
- 4 -10 years’ site working experience in project coordination for building projects ranging from commercial high-rise to residential and retail structures;
- Able to liaise and co-ordinate with the employers, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers for developing construction details, monitoring site progress and conducting site co-ordination works;
- Experience in structural work co-ordination will be an advantage;
- elevant professional qualification will be an advantage;
- Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of BIM an advantage
