Invitation to BIM Revit professionals with an AEC background and commitment to Innovation Technology for Construction to join a main contractor that is a forerunner in the field of VDC implementation. Existing skill sets in MiC and DfMA highly desirable.
- IM Professionals of All Levels
- HiDip or Degree (preferred) in Engineering or construction management with HKIBIM, MHKICBIM
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in BIM related projects
- Proficiency in BIM Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks & ArchiCAD
- Good working knowledge of 3D and 4D, with knowledge of 5D and 6D an advantage
- Coordinate and take charge of the process with Site Team, Design Team, Subcontractors to ascertain update information for the development of the BIM model with Civil, ABWF, and E&M discipline.
- Maintain and keep track of all changes and development of the BIM model development until final delivery to Clients.
- Ensure the Client’s BIM Manual/ Guide Lines/ specifications are followed and maintained in the entire BIM development life cycle.
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghu
